To print this, click on the four-arrow icon (pop-out) in the corner, which will open the PDF document in a Google Drive window. You shouldn't need to sign in to download it, so don't worry if you don't have a Google account.
In that Google Drive window, you'll see a down-arrow in the upper right-hand corner. Click on that, and you'll get a download window. Complete the save, and you'll find the document in whatever folder you've designated on your device.
You'll need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or some other program that can open PDF documents to view.
